We advised Temple on the potential acquisition of certain assets of the University of the Arts, a standalone institution located in downtown Philadelphia. We assisted in the investigation and due diligence process and advised Temple on whether and how to approach the potential acquisition. At our previous firm, we had advised Temple University Health on the sale of its 50% membership interest in Health Partners Plans, a nonprofit Medicaid and Medicare insurer, as well as the potential sale of Fox Chase Cancer Center.
