We worked with a health sciences university to consider a broad range of partnerships with other institutions, seeking healthcare-related programs and institutional scale. These discussions covered the full range of relationships including acquisition, merger, and programmatic collaboration. We successfully conducted advanced discussions with two acquisition targets before our client changed priorities to focus on its new strategic plan and greenfield growth locations.
