We performed a comprehensive assessment of the university’s readiness to engage in merger and acquisition activity. This included evaluating the institution’s finances, competing initiatives, management capability and capacity, board support and knowledge base, administrative infrastructure and political position. We are currently exploring opportunities which meet its objectives.
