Like any system, our client is faced with challenges presented by having a range of businesses, differing markets (over several states) and market positions, and competing demands for capital and intellectual investment. Optimizing performance across the system to achieve the system’s overall mission requires strategic and financial skill and occasional realignment of resources.
We have been engaged on a variety of important projects for our client over the years, including acquisitions and divestitures of acute care and skilled nursing facilities, detailed capital allocation studies to help prioritize capital investment, financial input into bond financing plans, and evaluation of proposed strategic initiatives.
